Welcome to Carts and Rides. By accessing or using our website (cartandrides.com) and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of cartandrides.com and any purchase made through our site, phone, or in person. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products

We sell new and pre-owned golf carts, electric bikes, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), and related accessories from manufacturers including but not limited to Club Car, Bintelli, Denago, Giant, and Focus. Product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and are believed accurate at time of posting, but may contain errors or be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel orders arising from such errors.

3. Street-Legal & LSV Compliance

Where a vehicle is advertised as "street legal" or an LSV, this refers to the vehicle's factory equipment (lighting, seat belts, VIN, windshield, etc.) at time of sale. It remains the buyer's sole responsibility to:

Confirm registration, titling, insurance, and licensing requirements with their state/local DMV before operating the vehicle on public roads
Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding LSV/golf cart operation
Understand that street-legal status and permitted use may vary by city, county, and state

Carts and Rides makes no guarantee that a vehicle is permitted for road use in every jurisdiction.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, freight, setup, or documentation fees unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at time of purchase unless financing has been arranged through an approved third-party lender. Financing terms, approval, and conditions are governed solely by the financing provider, not by Carts and Rides.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Carts and Rides is not responsible for delays caused by the freight carrier, manufacturer, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.

7. Warranties

Vehicles sold through Carts and Rides may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms, coverage, and claims are governed by the manufacturer, not by Carts and Rides. We make no additional express warranties beyond what is provided by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated in writing at time of sale.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carts and Rides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or operation of any vehicle sold through our site, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss arising from vehicle operation, road use, or failure to comply with local regulations.

9. Assumption of Risk

Operating golf carts, LSVs, and electric bikes carries inherent risk. By purchasing from Carts and Rides, the buyer acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the operation of these vehicles.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on cartandrides.com — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Carts and Rides or its manufacturers/partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

Carts and Rides reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
